1.    Extra charges :

·         No extra charges for club membership.

·         No extra charges for one covered car parking.

·         No extra charges for power backup (2KVA)

·         No extra charges for EEC and FFC.

·         No extra charges towards current EDC and IDC.

 

2.     Prices are firm and escalation free from the respective dates of Booking. Moreover the above said schemes/plans are for limited period/stock only.

3.     Prices indicated above are subject to revision at the discretion of the company. Prices prevailing on the date of booking shall be applicable.

4.     Registration Stamp Duty and other charges as applicable would be payable by the allottee before the execution of sale deed. Interest Free Maintenance Security (IFMS) shall be payable @ Rs. 50/- psf at the time of possession.

5.     Any additional facility/features/area, if provided, will be charged extra.

6.     Minimum Power backup is applicable 2 KVA & Maximum is 5 KVA per unit.

7.     Electricity Meter and connection charges and any other charges as applicable will be payable extra at the time of offer of possession.

8.     Incase of any increase in EDC & IDC, enhanced EDC, IAC or in any other charges levied by government agencies/authorities either from retrospective effect or otherwise the same shall be payable by customer proportionately.

9.     The above mentioned area are super area/saleable area which includes covered area plus proportionate share of common area such as stair case, passage, lift facilities etc. etc. Covered area means Carpet Area and area under walls, balcony etc. In other words whole area under the outer lines of a flat is covered area.

10.  All building plans, layouts, specifications etc. are tentative and subject to variation and modification as decided by the company or Competent Authority.

11.  Price, terms and conditions stated herein are merely with a view to acquaint the applicant and are not exhaustive. Allotment of Unit will be governed by terms and conditions as contained in application form and Buyer's Agreement to be signed by the Applicant/Allottee.

12.  Construction of Project will be completed within 48 months and delay beyond such period will be subject to penalty clause as per Buyer's Agreement.

13.  Cheques to be made in favour of "RPS-AURIA" (or as intimated by the company from time to time), payable at Delhi/Faridabad only. Outstations cheques are not acceptable.
